This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Recognize trends that hinder academic achievement.

• Perform targeted outreach and deliver instruction to specific groups and individuals.

• Cultivate capable learners who are confident in their academic and life success.

• Guide students and facilitate effective teaching and learning experiences.

• Maintain regular communication with students about their engagement and performance, while executing outreach efforts for effective instruction and mentoring throughout the course.

• Employ university and departmental procedures and resources to instruct and mentor students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Relevant professional experience in Business, Human Resources, Recruiting, Career Advising, Training, or similar roles.

• Up-to-date knowledge of employment and hiring trends (mandatory).

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).

• Ability to adapt to new processes, procedures, and technologies.

• Strong interpersonal skills: professional, respectful, and impartial in delicate situations.

• Demonstrated reliability and capability to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Competence in Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and field-specific software.

• Experience in online teaching and learning, particularly with at-risk students (preferred).
