Career Coach – Systemic One-on-One Coaching, Digital Education with Impact

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will conduct individual coaching sessions on a one-on-one basis as part of our AVGS initiatives under § 45 SGB III, assisting participants with their professional reorientation, activation, and integration into the labor market. Specifically, you will provide support in:

• Analyzing individual starting points, strengths, and areas for development.

• Formulating realistic career perspectives and actionable next steps.

• Setting goals, enhancing motivation, fostering self-organization, and promoting personal responsibility.

• Engaging participants from various backgrounds, life circumstances, and experiences.

• Professionally preparing participants for application processes and entry into the job market, which includes:

• Crafting and refining CVs, cover letters, and digital profiles.

• Developing effective application strategies tailored to different target roles.

• Preparing for interviews through simulations, feedback, and argumentation training.

• Instructing on modern application methods using job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.

• Ensuring thorough and compliant documentation of coaching processes while contributing to our format development, which involves:

• Documenting coaching content, progress, goal achievement, and attendance.

• Adhering to internal quality standards and AVGS/AZAV requirements.

• Collaborating with administration, quality management, educational operations, and program management.

• Participating in the creation of digital coaching materials, methods, and processes.

• If your capacity allows, you will also assist participants in our education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) training programs, which includes:

• Providing career counseling and application support for training participants.

• Matching participant profiles with appropriate positions or employers.

• Assisting in placing graduates into suitable roles.

• Coordinating with specialized departments, program management, and relevant interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed qualification as a systemic coach, business coach, or an equivalent coaching credential.

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR consulting, employment placement, or a related labor-market field.

• Background in application coaching, job coaching, career coaching, or vocational guidance.

• Strong understanding of the current labor market and modern recruiting and application trends, particularly through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.

• Empathy, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor when engaging with diverse target groups.

• Capacity to support individuals in challenging life situations with respect, structure, and activation.

• A structured, meticulous, and dependable working style, especially concerning documentation and quality standards.

• Proficient use of digital tools, along with an interest in AI applications and contemporary coaching formats.

• Very good command of the German language, both spoken and written; additional language skills are advantageous.

• Ideally, experience with AVGS measures, AZAV structures, or funding logic under § 45 SGB III.
