📋 Description

• Conduct engaging one-on-one career coaching sessions that focus on career planning, advancement, and job search techniques.

• Lead group coaching sessions addressing professional development, career advancement, and employability skills.

• Assist with team coaching initiatives aimed at improving collaboration and team effectiveness.

• Inspire and motivate participants to achieve their career development objectives.

• Provide live virtual coaching sessions across various global time zones.

• Offer guidance on self-leadership, career decision-making, and professional development.

• Build and sustain strong coaching relationships grounded in trust and accountability.

• Aid learners in identifying and pursuing suitable career opportunities.

• Establish connections with industry professionals and employer communities to broaden employment avenues.

• Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive personal information with care.

⛳️ Requirements

• ICF or EMCC accredited coaching qualification is required.

• ACC accreditation or higher is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Career Coach aiding professionals at various career stages.

• Significant experience in delivering one-on-one coaching programs.

• Background in facilitating group coaching and training workshops.

• Capability to coach individuals through career transitions and advancements.

• Excellent skills in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience working remotely and assisting individuals across different regions and time zones.

• Strong knowledge of career development frameworks and coaching methodologies.

• Familiarity with psychometric assessment tools is beneficial.

• Dedication to continuous professional development, supervision, and adherence to coaching best practices.
