Career Changer in Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for our clients, providing guidance via phone and written communication regarding loan comparisons.

• Guide customers from the first interaction all the way to contract signing, offering support at each step of the process.

• Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to accurately identify customers' requirements and assist them in finding the best loan options.

• Assist customers in meeting their needs without engaging in cold calling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have prior experience in customer-facing positions such as sales, telesales, or retail.

• Exhibit strong communication skills and engage customers with your approachable, professional demeanor over the phone.

• Show a high level of reliability and a dedicated work ethic.

• Possess a desire for personal development, with strong motivation to grow alongside the company.

• Be fluent in German, both in writing and speaking.

• Ideally, have completed vocational training in a commercial field.
