📋 Description

• Create, execute, and manage pharmacy initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Oversee the daily operations of pharmacy programs, including new workflow implementation, performance management, staff scheduling, and defect tracking and reconciliation.

• Guarantee compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, alongside company policies and procedures.

• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of pharmacists and/or technicians, promoting a collaborative and high-performing atmosphere.

• Establish success metrics and monitoring systems to implement and assess quality across programs, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety.

• Recognize areas for process enhancement and implement modifications to boost efficiency and minimize defects.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to report progress and achieve program goals.

• Offer hands-on assistance to resolve escalated issues related to pharmacy programs or patient care.

• Act as a key participant in regular interactions with external partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.

• Active pharmacist license in good standing within the United States.

• Multi-State Licensure.

• Experience in managing partnerships.

• Familiarity with lean, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in project management software within G-suite, JIRA, and data analysis tools like Looker, capable of independently creating and interpreting reports to inform decision-making.
