Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support CareLinx’s business operations.

• Act as a liaison for caregivers throughout their journey with CareLinx following onboarding.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with caregivers, assisting them in discovering opportunities that match their skills, availability, and preferences.

• Coordinate matches between caregivers and members, facilitating scheduling and placement support.

• Address questions and obstacles that may hinder effective care delivery, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain consistent communication with caregivers, offering coaching, resources, and guidance to enable their success, engagement, and provision of exceptional care.

• Motivate caregivers to leverage growth opportunities on the platform and collaborate with the CareLinx Enablement Team to keep them updated on policies, best practices, and available resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication abilities, capable of engaging, listening, and supporting both potential and current caregivers.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

• Robust relationship management skills, coupled with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive experiences for caregivers and clients.

• Empathy and patience in addressing caregivers' needs and concerns.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities, with the ability to quickly adjust strategies to meet evolving caregiver and program demands.

• Ability to uphold confidentiality and comply with all company policies and procedures.
