📋 Description

• Evaluate individuals aspiring to become child protection social workers within Approach Social Work.

• Pose questions to gauge their motivation and gain insight into their experiences.

• Work in partnership with recruitment specialists and social workers.

• Monitor candidate performance and provide constructive feedback on the skills they exhibit.

• Care-experienced assessors (CEAs) must be at least 18 years of age.

• Proof of your eligibility to work in the UK (e.g., UK passport).
