Care Coordinator – Veterinary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver an exceptional client experience while managing a high volume of calls from both current and potential clients regarding appointment scheduling, services, pet care, and clinic details.

• Evaluate and reply to a substantial number of emails centered around the transmission and reception of medical records.

• Triage and direct calls to virtual nurses or members of the clinic team.

• Aid in administrative duties such as rescheduling clinic appointments.

• Record client interactions utilizing Zendesk and Vetspire.

• Communicate with virtual nurses and clinic team members, including Care Coordinators, Nurses, and DVMs, through Slack and Google platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center setting handling inbound and outbound calls within the health sector.

• Capability to manage and prioritize a significant volume of daily emails.

• Expertise in call routing and effective communication within a team.

• Experience with appointment scheduling and rescheduling processes.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk and Vetspire.

• Proficient in using Slack and Google platforms.

• Excellent active listening skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while upholding professionalism and customer service standards.

• Strong organizational abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding call and email performance metrics.

• Commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Comfortable being online and accessible for calls for 8–9 hours during each shift.

• Previous experience handling over 90 calls per shift.

• Access to a quiet workspace.

• Independent, unrestricted, valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
