Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with healthcare facilities to facilitate the collection of medical records and necessary signatures.

• Provide training and guidance to clinician users regarding the significance of completing documents promptly.

• Utilize our automated task system to monitor work queues, and you will be encouraged to propose and implement enhancements to the system.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or healthcare Care Coordination position.

• Strong verbal and communication abilities.
