Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Care Team Lead and the Care Team Member Services Manager to ensure that team resources align with member enrollment requirements.

• Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to client members for copay assistance.

• Offer client support and facilitate member implementation calls.

• Assist patients in enrolling in the manufacturer’s program.

• Maintain a patient database for follow-up, tracking, and reporting purposes.

• Examine daily rejected and paid claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) License or 2-5 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management setting.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

• Professional telephone etiquette.

• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
