Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee monthly schedules for private home care services, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiently handling gaps and last-minute adjustments.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to our healthcare professionals and private clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and changes in needs with promptness and compassion.

• Assist with the onboarding and training processes for our healthcare staff and collaborate with our internal teams on compliance matters.

• Customer service experience, both over the phone and via email.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse workload in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in scheduling or staff coordination.
