This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and manage the influx of incoming triage tickets across the GP practices we assist, ensuring each ticket is addressed within agreed timelines.
• Precisely record and update information and triage data within clinical systems (EMIS, SystmOne, Docman).
• Assign and redirect triage tickets to the appropriate GP.
• Distribute patient questionnaires, monitor their completion, and ensure they are prepared for GP evaluation.
• Maintain precise records and documentation in accordance with information governance standards.
• Offer general administrative support across the Ortus services.
• Collaborate with practice staff and our clinical team to ensure workflows operate smoothly and to identify issues proactively.
• Previous experience in a GP practice is essential.
• Practical experience with clinical systems.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a high volume of tasks accurately in a remote environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work effectively within a remote team.
• A calm, precise, detail-oriented approach — a significant aspect of this role is ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS check (to be arranged by us).
• Completion of data security and information governance training (provided by us).

• Full-time position. Our service operates from **08:00–18:30**, with shift options available from **08:00–15:00** or **10:30–18:30**.
• £13 per hour.
