This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide empathetic and tailored service to assist each member in their individual therapy journey.
• Aid members in comprehending their options, overcoming obstacles, and advocating for essential care modifications and services.
• Oversee new and continuing therapy cases, ensuring precise documentation and coordination with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Track therapy progress and prioritize member needs while managing inbound and outbound communications and casework.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and accurately, employing critical thinking skills to tackle complex issues.
• Anticipate potential challenges and adjust to evolving member needs.
• Maintain open, proactive communication with members, providers, and internal teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships and guarantee satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, concentrating on care coordination, member advocacy, or comparable roles.
• Exhibit 3 or more years of customer service experience, with a preference for case management within healthcare.
• Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic team setting.
• Capability to problem-solve, adapt positively to changing work conditions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Show a passion for enhancing healthcare and assisting individuals, with proven success in a similar position.
• Be an exceptional communicator, able to quickly familiarize oneself with the VIVIO Health program and effectively convey its benefits.
• Exhibit responsibility and reliability, taking ownership of tasks while consistently seeking to enhance performance.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Available for full-time work between the hours of 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ET.
• Capable of consistently attending 3 weeks of training - 2 weeks virtually and 1 week in person in Hayward, CA.
• Ability to travel onsite for training and collaboration in Hayward, CA.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
