This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
β’ Respond to incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, adhering to protocols to assess priorities and dispatch appropriate responses.
β’ Deliver empathetic customer support utilizing both scripted and non-scripted communication.
β’ Supervise a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, providing sincere care in potentially stressful circumstances.
β’ Accurately document call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time while maintaining concentration and precision.
β’ Engage with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a favorable experience for our members.
β’ Confirm and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.
β’ Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues to guarantee prompt maintenance.
β’ Proactively discuss and suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
β’ Manage access to sensitive information and uphold strict confidentiality.
β’ Simultaneously converse and type while efficiently navigating multiple screens and systems.
β’ Complete new hire training successfully and pass all necessary compliance tests.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ 0β1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare environment.
β’ Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure scenarios.
β’ Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
β’ Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
β’ Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
β’ Capability to switch between multiple screens and systems efficiently.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
β’ Availability to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
