Care Center Representative – 2ND SHIFT ONLY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, adhering to established protocols to assess priorities and dispatch appropriate responses.

• Deliver empathetic customer support utilizing both scripted and unscripted responses.

• Monitor a large volume of medical alerts and alarms, providing sincere care during potentially stressful circumstances.

• Accurately record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time within a database while maintaining focus.

• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for our members.

• Verify and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.

• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report any issues to ensure prompt maintenance.

• Proactively ask about and suggest preventative healthcare services to members.

• Manage access to highly sensitive materials while upholding strict confidentiality.

• Effectively talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens and systems.

• Successfully complete training for new hires and pass all required compliance assessments.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in a contact center or healthcare environment.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-pressure situations.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).

• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.

• Ability to switch between multiple screens and systems effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
