This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, adhering to established protocols to assess priorities and dispatch appropriate responses.
• Deliver empathetic customer support using both scripted and spontaneous responses.
• Supervise a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, providing sincere care during possibly stressful scenarios.
• Accurately document call information, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time while maintaining concentration and precision.
• Communicate with understanding, respect, and patience to guarantee a positive experience for our members.
• Confirm and update customer information in the system to ensure record accuracy.
• Diagnose alarm system issues and report them to ensure prompt maintenance.
• Proactively discuss and suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
• Manage access to sensitive materials while upholding strict confidentiality.
• Engage in conversation and typing simultaneously while effectively navigating multiple screens and systems.
• Successfully complete onboarding training and pass all mandatory compliance assessments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare environment.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient typing skills (35 WPM).
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to efficiently switch between multiple screens and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work on weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as required.
