Care Advisor – Veteran Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with Veterans and their families to arrange non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services.

• Act as a reliable intermediary between Veterans, their caregivers, and VA clinical and administrative partners.

• Assist Veterans and their families throughout the caregiver search, interview, and hiring process.

• Offer continuous support to ensure continuity of care, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records of all interactions with families and caregivers.

• Work in a collaborative and professional manner with other team members and departments within CareLinx.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Military experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Some college-level coursework is preferred.

• A minimum of one year in a productivity-driven customer service role, or call center environment, or at least two years in a customer service setting is required. Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
