This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Address inquiries with complete satisfaction through phone, email, and chat, serving as the main point of contact for members throughout their journey.
• Oversee the backend tasks necessary for guiding members through healthcare processes, including confirming appointments, retrieving medical information, and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop strong, empathetic relationships with clients and advocates, skillfully handling difficult conversations with a solution-focused approach.
• Recognize bottlenecks or 'friction points' in the customer journey and work with leadership to implement automation or streamline workflows.
• Function as a natural troubleshooter, assisting users with basic browser, mobile app, or connectivity issues related to the platform.
• Carefully document all interactions in the CRM and monitor feedback to aid our partners in creating a world-class experience.
• Enable swift resolutions for site-specific issues and guarantee smooth transitions between clinical teams and advocates.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare advocacy, or BPO operations.
• Empathy as a Superpower: You excel at assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds and are adept at forming quick connections with clients, even during stressful situations.
• Technical Fluency: You learn swiftly when it comes to computers, CRM systems (such as Salesforce or Zendesk), and digital communication tools.
