Care Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Veterans and their families throughout the caregiver selection, interview, and hiring process.

• Organize non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services.

• Act as a bridge between Veterans, caregivers, and VA clinical and administrative partners.

• Offer continuous support post caregiver hiring to ensure ongoing care, satisfaction, and successful outcomes.

• Foster relationships and maintain outstanding communication in a call center setting.

• Accurately document interactions with families and caregivers in CareLinx’s electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate effectively with CareLinx team members and other internal teams.

• Communicate through phone, email, and text.

• Maintain the integrity of VA-funded services by ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and compliance with program guidelines.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a productivity-driven customer service role, call center environment, or at least two years in a customer service setting.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and capability to multitask.

• Goal-oriented and a skilled problem solver.

• Professional, confident, and outgoing personality.

• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.

• Capable of achieving performance targets established by CareLinx guidelines.

• Military experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Some college-level coursework is preferred.

• Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
