Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Navigate and address challenges within accounts to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled with effective, customized solutions.

• Develop a strategic territory plan by aligning mutual priorities and utilizing insights and tactics that enhance product demand and promote improved patient outcomes.

• Collaborate proactively with territory colleagues, field teams, and home-office staff to meet customer needs and provide access support.

• Leverage territory data and market trends to identify local insights, bolster pull-through efforts, and lead impactful customer interactions – either virtually or in person.

• Conduct planning sessions with key stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and collaborate across functions to meet customer needs promptly.

• Provide real-time access assistance and closely coordinate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Utilize digital tools and omni-channel strategies to customize outreach and connect with customers in both virtual and in-person environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required from a four-year college or university.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically diverse sales teams within the last five years.

• Demonstrated history of consistent high performance in navigating and successfully selling to large accounts and key customers.

• Self-motivated individual with analytical skills to seek, prioritize, and apply relevant information to resolve issues.

• Candidate must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.

• Ability to travel 60-80% across a wide geographic area is required, with the capacity to drive and/or fly within the territory.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
