This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with a diverse range of health care clients, such as cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other health care professionals.
• Regularly interact with various health care environments, including physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics, to effectively fulfill your duties.
• Create and implement a territory-specific business plan that aligns with company policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and maintain certifications relevant to the company’s offerings.
• Engage in balanced and compliant product sales conversations with healthcare providers and business professionals to align customer needs with the company’s products in accordance with product labeling.
• Provide management with consistent updates on customer requirements, market dynamics, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Be well-versed in headquarters-approved information regarding authorized company products, medical conditions, and market trends.
• Track business performance against established objectives using company tools to facilitate effective planning and assess sales impact.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma or equivalent combined with 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Capable of analyzing complex data and utilizing insights to formulate strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
• Proven history of success in educational and professional settings, showcasing strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Effective in working independently with excellent organizational and time management abilities, as well as collaboratively in team-oriented environments.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Exhibit a strong capability for building and maintaining customer relationships by effectively understanding and addressing their needs.
• Must reside in the designated territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for metro areas, or within 75 miles for non-metro areas; candidates outside these distances must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
