This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive significant patient outcomes by utilizing our scientific knowledge.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers within your designated territory.
• Collaborate effectively with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and other colleagues in the field to provide integrated, patient-centered solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with various healthcare customers, including cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Frequently engage with different healthcare environments, such as physicians' offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
• Create and implement a territory-specific business plan that aligns with company policies, standards, and ethical practices.
• Stay current with product knowledge and certifications related to the company's offerings.
• Conduct balanced and compliant sales discussions regarding products with healthcare providers and business professionals to align customer requirements with product labeling.
• Provide management with regular insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and progress toward quality objectives.
• Monitor business performance against targets using company tools to facilitate effective planning and assess sales impact.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and use insights to formulate strategic sales plans.
• Comfortable utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with healthcare professionals.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving market conditions and customer expectations.
• Proven history of success in educational and professional settings, showcasing strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Works effectively both independently, exhibiting excellent organizational and time management skills, and collaboratively in team-oriented environments.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Demonstrates a strong capability in building and maintaining customer relationships by understanding and effectively addressing their needs.
• Must reside within the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro areas, or within 75 miles for non-metro areas; candidates outside these distances must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
