This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with a diverse range of healthcare customers, including cardiologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Frequently interact with various healthcare environments, such as physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics, to fulfill your responsibilities effectively.
• Design and implement a territory-level business plan that aligns with company policies, standards, and ethics.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and certifications related to the company’s portfolio.
• Conduct balanced and compliant sales discussions about products with healthcare providers and business professionals to match customer needs with company offerings according to product labeling.
• Provide management with regular updates on customer requirements, market dynamics, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Stay informed about headquarter-approved information concerning approved company products, diseases, and marketplace trends.
• Evaluate business performance against objectives using company tools to aid in effective planning and sales impact.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of sales experience, or a minimum of a high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and utilize insights to formulate strategic sales plans.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to interact with healthcare professionals.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving market conditions and customer expectations.
• Proven success in both educational and professional settings, showcasing strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently with excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as collaboratively in team-oriented environments.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated strong capability in building and maintaining customer relationships by effectively understanding and addressing their needs.
