Cardiac Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Conduct interval duration and rate assessments on both digital and printed ECGs following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Analyze and position calipers on digital ECGs, making adjustments as necessary using various techniques.

• Employ validated software to transform PNG images into XML files for measurement purposes.

• Review waveforms to ensure the accuracy of the conversion.

• Precisely calibrate the scaling of PDF images to gather measurements from paper ECGs.

• Process cardiac data obtained from continuous Holter recordings.

• Extract time-specific 12-Lead ECG data.

• Export XML files to the designated database for IDM measurement.

• Assess ECGs for safety and alert findings, notifying the appropriate teams in accordance with written procedures.

• Execute Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) processing.

• Manage priorities across workflows to analyze Cardiac Safety data in the order assigned by operations management.

• Engage in the Quality Assurance program to ensure accuracy, precision, and repeatability.

• Be accountable for reading and applying all job-related SOPs and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).

• Achieve or surpass departmental productivity and quality standards.

• Report system performance issues through the appropriate channels with management and/or IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree is preferred; a bachelor’s degree or related field is highly favored.

• ECG certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Must possess knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and anatomy.

• 1-2 years of experience in an ECG Core Lab or working under GCP, GDPR, and data privacy regulations is necessary.

• Ability to work independently and show initiative in problem-solving is crucial.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are required, including communication, cooperation, adaptability, and a positive, proactive attitude.

• Must have experience in a team setting and demonstrate a collaborative work ethic.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google applications, Microsoft Suite (including Excel), and database management, are essential.
