Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Telehealth Physician – Internal Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional clinical care by adhering to the best practices and policies established by Carda’s clinical leadership team.

• Conduct asynchronous or synchronous consultations with patients at times that are convenient for you.

• Collect health histories, assess patient records, provide diagnoses, and refer to our programs when suitable.

• Offer lifestyle advice to patients in relation to their specific goals.

• Document notes and all pertinent information in our EMR system.

• Participate in occasional meetings and engage in a QA program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, or Pulmonology.

• Ideally possess licenses in five or more states, with priority given to: Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Texas, Maryland, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Washington, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and California.

• Maintain a clean, or relatively clean, record to facilitate a smooth health plan credentialing process.

• Must not currently be opted out of Medicare.

• Committed to completing credentialing applications promptly.

• Proficient in managing patients with cardiac and pulmonary pathophysiology.

• Hold cardiopulmonary training in basic life support or advanced cardiac life support.

• Dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients.

• Experience in virtual care settings and a willingness to learn about and influence new technologies.

• Highly organized with the capability to create, follow, and scale repeatable processes (optional).

• Open to obtaining additional licenses with mutual consent and financial support.
