Carbon Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement project financing strategies that align with the organization's mission and project pipeline.

• Assess and enhance financing models and capital planning frameworks to facilitate growth.

• Identify and structure financing arrangements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in creating investable project frameworks and designs for capital allocation.

• Establish and nurture relationships with investors and financial institutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling investment narratives and materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in project finance, climate finance, structured finance, or investment advisory.

• Proven track record in supporting or finalizing complex capital deals related to climate, energy, nature-based solutions, or emerging markets.

• Deep understanding of institutional and private capital dynamics, with proficiency in capital markets and climate finance.

• Capability to navigate blended finance, catalytic capital, and impact-linked financial instruments.

• Ability to articulate a long-term financing vision and execute it effectively.

• A proactive contributor to deal structuring and completion.

• Comfortable collaborating across teams to develop financing playbooks.
