📋 Description

• Assist in crafting customized sales quotes and proposals.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing precise information regarding Soum’s services.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.

• Organize and manage customer information to enhance communication and service delivery.

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensure that all orders adhere to Soum’s internal policies and standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.

• Collect, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

• Prepare insightful sales reports and dashboards for management review.

• Monitor and relay customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.

• Comply with Soum’s policies and standards of compliance in all sales activities.

• Ensure all processes align with company and industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong command of the Saudi Accent (mandatory requirement).

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong skills in negotiation and relationship building.
