Car Detailer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Uphold the cleanliness and overall appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs.

• Collaborate with team members to guarantee prompt deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Conduct inspections on each vehicle for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic issues.

• Regularly wash and vacuum all inventory.

• Perform a multi-point inspection on incoming inventory, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, conducting drivability tests, and ensuring proper display of all company and state disclosures.

• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and external vendors.

• Engage and communicate effectively with team members and management across all business lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the last three years are required.

• Ability to independently lift up to 60 pounds, primarily from knee to shoulder height, with additional lifting required from various levels.

• Capable of carrying and transporting up to 60 pounds up to a distance of 20 feet.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet, which may also have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity are necessary.

• Use of safety equipment, which may include but is not limited to face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment is required.

• Frequent driving and some typing tasks are part of the role.

• Regular and predictable attendance is mandatory.
