Capture Director – US Federal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government.

• Oversee and direct the entire capture process, from identifying opportunities to developing proposals and securing awards.

• Discover, assess, and secure strategic opportunities within the federal government sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading the complete capture lifecycle in the Federal market.

• In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related regulations.

• Advanced understanding of the Federal procurement lifecycle and acquisition processes.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to establish and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government clients, and potential partners.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as BGov, GovWin, SAM, and other platforms used for tracking opportunities.

• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and Google Workspace.

• Willingness to travel for training, conferences, or client meetings may be necessary.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
