This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +3 more states.
β’ Oversees strategy and capture planning initiatives to support business development aimed at entering new markets, reprocurement of existing health plans, and the development of RFx proposals.
β’ Acts as a bridge between the Business Development and Proposal Development teams.
β’ Works collaboratively with Business Development and health plan executives to formulate effective strategies.
β’ Manages the collection and analysis of intelligence, encompassing competitive and customer insights.
β’ Engages in all stages of proposal development draft reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
β’ Over 7 years of experience with Medicaid managed care proposals.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in presentation design.
β’ Capable of working independently to deliver high-quality outcomes that satisfy the expectations of both internal and external clients within tight deadlines.
β’ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
β’ Ability to adapt to swiftly changing priorities by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
β’ Willingness to work evenings and weekends as the proposal schedule necessitates.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
