• Assist in active capture initiatives by coordinating, tracking, documenting, and ensuring follow-through across various workstreams and stakeholders.
• Perform market, agency, and competitive intelligence research to aid in identifying, qualifying, strategically positioning, and preparing for opportunities.
• Collaborate with members of the Proposal and Opportunity Management teams for the early review and pre-qualification of upcoming or anticipated opportunities.
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and opportunity data within CRM systems; familiarity with Zoho CRM is advantageous.
• Facilitate capture review meetings, gate reviews, action tracking, and discussions on opportunity prioritization.
• Develop and sustain capture tools, templates, job aids, and process documentation to enhance consistency and adoption among teams.
• Assist in growth reporting and monitoring pipeline health, including KPIs, forecasts, and other visibility tools.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and research platforms to support market analysis, agency research, opportunity forecasts, and capture preparation.
• Collaborate with division leaders, capture teams, and proposal colleagues to enhance operational discipline, visibility, and execution throughout pursuits.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in capture support, business development, proposal operations, growth operations, market research, or related fields.
• Familiarity with federal and/or state government contracting environments.
• Experience in public health, Health & Human Services, healthcare, or related mission-driven sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and ensure follow-through without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for synthesizing and organizing information clearly.
• Experience in conducting market research, opportunity analysis, competitive intelligence, business development support, or pipeline assistance.
• High attention to detail and a focus on execution.
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems and maintaining precise, actionable opportunity data.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, pWin.ai, or similar applications to support research, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
• Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• All work must be performed within the continental U.S. for the duration of employment, unless required by contract.
• Ability to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time, unless otherwise approved by your manager.
• Remote employees must maintain a dedicated, ergonomically appropriate workspace free from distractions, with reliable internet and a mobile device that supports efficient work.
