Capital Planning Manager – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic implementation of multi-year real estate capital initiatives.

• Utilize expertise in cost and schedule oversight, financial planning, facilities management, and construction project supervision.

• Analyze and manage client datasets to produce insightful analyses.

• Build and maintain a trustworthy relationship with both clients and account leadership.

• Promote technology adoption and enablement among internal and external clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Preferred fields include Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and construction program/process management.

• At least 5 years of experience in developing project charters, including scope, schedules, budgets, business justifications, and risk assessments.

• Capability to produce AACE level 4-5 cost evaluations.

• Proven understanding of real estate and construction finance principles.
