This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Assist OCSE’s Federal team in ensuring that IT investments comply with reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to the customer for the implementation of internal processes and maintaining reporting compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders regarding CPIC requirements.
• Partner with the Government to develop and sustain templates and internal processes related to CPIC deliverables.
• Aid OCSE and DFS in formulating internal and external program objectives, performance metrics, and criteria for project success.
• Support budget analysis initiatives, which include estimating cost savings, avoidance, and return on investment for program projects.
• Execute additional technical, functional, and client support tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 5 years of experience in Federal IT Portfolio reporting and CPIC processes.
• Knowledge of OMB Capital Planning guidelines and federal IT investment oversight procedures.
• Experience in supporting IT investments while monitoring performance, cost, schedule, and risk metrics.
• Background in assisting federal program managers, executives, and governance boards.
• Strong leadership capabilities and skills in cross-organizational coordination.
• Proven ability to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and Federal clients, primarily in a remote setup.
• Experience in developing performance measures for systems, programs, and projects.
• Proficient in preparing executive-level briefings and status reports.
• Experience in creating standardized templates, processes, and investment documentation.
• Basic analytical skills, preferably in cost analysis or operational analysis.
• Experience in supporting budget formulation and allocation for IT investments, including aligning funding with portfolio priorities and tracking execution against the approved budget.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and other commercial off-the-shelf products (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
