Capital Markets Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Monitor and evaluate investor data and feedback on active transactions.

• Perform thorough investor profiling and track significant developments in private capital markets.

• Conduct research on the largest institutional investment platforms and outline their diverse strategies and capital pools.

• Assess key individuals, including senior partners and deal leaders, and compile information on their professional backgrounds, roles, and investment experiences.

• Review term sheets and other documentation provided by investors.

• Oversee and update investor databases, ensuring their accuracy and relevance.

• Achieve designated Key Result Areas (KRAs) within the established time limits and with complete accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong enthusiasm for finance, research, and FinTech.

• Familiarity with the global capital markets ecosystem, especially regarding private institutional investors, is advantageous.

• Exceptional research and communication abilities.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

• Candidates must be based in India; applicants from the US will not be considered.

• Educational qualifications include B.Com (Hons.), BBA (Finance), or MBA (Finance).
