This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Oversee both domestic and international credit facilities, including the management of funding requests, waterfall distribution, and exception requests.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships within the Capital Markets professional network; assist senior management with business presentations and investor relations.
• Develop and enhance streamlined business processes related to balance sheet assets and growth initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and management of presentations, analyses, and legal documents for new asset-backed facilities, asset sales, credit ratings for asset pools, and securitization transactions.
• Provide support in managing bank relationships, maintaining bank accounts, and facilitating the opening and closing of accounts.
• Report on portfolio performance, focusing on identifying opportunities for increased income and reduced risk, facility pledging, and optimizing balance sheet efficiency.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with Finance colleagues to effectively manage various legal entities, money movements, and asset allocation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams to aid in structuring and developing new products and features.
• BA/BS degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an investment bank, asset management firm, credit fund, lender, or another relevant area within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with alternative lending and balance sheet lending platforms; experience with international monetary transactions is a plus.
• Exceptional external communication skills; prior experience in raising capital or assessing investment opportunities is advantageous.
• A self-starter who can effectively manage workloads and balance competing high-priority tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
• A strong commitment to process improvement and an ability to think creatively.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent organizational abilities.
• A dedication to continuous improvement and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and BI tools are required; knowledge of R, Python, and SQL is a plus.
