Capability Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee business and operational functions associated with application development and implementation.

• Champion Agile methodologies, encompassing user story creation, requirements collection, backlog oversight, and portfolio planning.

• Work in conjunction with cross-disciplinary teams to execute business and technological projects.

• Handle and prioritize several projects while ensuring they are completed on schedule.

• Communicate project updates, strategies, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Aid in process enhancement and initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

• Proficient in user story creation, requirements collection, and portfolio oversight.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Background in Product Management or experience within Agile/Scrum settings.

• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles.

• Experience in business operations, application implementation, or digital transformation projects.

• Proven track record of collaborating with enterprise applications and cross-functional teams.
