Cantonese/English Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for global consumer electronics and e-commerce firms

• Assist customers through email, live chat, social media, and phone communication

• Effectively troubleshoot customer concerns and provide assistance as needed

• Engage in guided training to enhance and refine customer support abilities

• Collaborate within a large international team

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to write in Traditional Chinese, and possess advanced English speaking skills

• Genuine interest in e-commerce, consumer electronics, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Willingness to embrace new technologies and products

• Quick learner who takes initiative and demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills

• A dedicated quiet workspace set up in your home

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s for downloads and uploads, with international latency under 120 ms

• At least 8 GB of RAM

• Operating on Windows 11 (all editions except Windows S Mode) or macOS 13.0 or later

• Intel Core i5-8260U or superior

• Integrated graphics card required

• Smartphone capable of two-factor authentication, running Android 10.0 or newer, or Apple iOS 16.0 or newer

• Previous experience in a customer service setting is preferred but not mandatory
