This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist the Director with daily recruitment operations.
• Follow instructions, prioritize responsibilities, and actively manage follow-ups.
• Serve as a reliable support person throughout candidate workflows.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Conduct pre-screening and registration interviews with candidates via Microsoft Teams.
• Oversee candidates through the recruitment journey from initial contact to placement.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the processes.
• Organize interviews, reference checks, medical assessments, and onboarding procedures.
• Professionally represent the Director and the brand to candidates.
• Keep precise records in the CRM system.
• Prepare summaries for candidates, interview notes, and reference checks.
• Reformat CVs into branded templates.
• Monitor candidate status, availability, notice periods, and preferences.
• Ensure all compliance procedures are accurately executed.
• Schedule interviews and manage calendars.
• Compile candidate submissions for client evaluation.
• Facilitate the recruitment workflow by following up on actions.
• Support database searches, job advertisements, and LinkedIn outreach as needed.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or candidate coordination.
• Proficient understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Comfortable working closely with a business owner.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Confident in conducting video interviews.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative in a remote environment.
• Must reside in Cebu, Philippines (remote work arrangement).
