Campus Ministry Associate – Undergraduate Ministries

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate a deepening relationship with Jesus Christ, enhancing your love for God, His Word, people of all ethnicities and cultures, and His purposes globally.

• Engage in daily spiritual practices.

• Foster spiritual connections and participate actively in a worship community.

• Collaborate and contribute fully to the ministry team in establishing spiritual vision and direction.

• Instruct students in developing a love for Scripture, encouraging them to study and apply it to their lives.

• Advocate for and advance the Mission on campus.

• Interact positively with guidance provided by your staff ministry director.

• Act as a representative of InterVarsity to individual ministry partners and churches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for candidates not enrolled at four-year campuses; an Associate's degree is required for those at two-year campuses.

• Previous experience with InterVarsity or similar campus ministry is preferred, including as a student.

• Openness to receive training to become a Campus Staff Minister.

• Ability to foster an open and supportive relationship with fellow ministry team members.

• Ministry skills: Previous experience in teaching spiritual and biblical concepts, planning ministry programs, and mentoring others spiritually.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities.
