This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Participate in recruitment initiatives and enhance brand visibility on college campuses.

• Advocate for the mission of Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines to meet workforce demands in partnership with talent acquisition specialists, academic leaders, and business executives.

• Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
