This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Participate in recruitment initiatives and enhance brand visibility on college campuses.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines to fulfill workforce requirements.

• Work in conjunction with talent acquisition specialists, academic leaders, and business executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
