Campaigns Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Initiate a variety of strategic campaigns in collaboration with the Think 100% Associate Senior Director and the Senior Director of Campaigns and Advocacy.

• Support initiatives that align with Think 100% objectives, including halting fossil fuel expansion and safeguarding clean air and water.

• Collaborate with team members to keep them updated on developments related to campaigns.

• Implement strategic campaign activities, tactics, and events within targeted communities.

• Launch rapid response strategies that align with the priorities of Think 100% campaigns.

• Manage and create information and materials for messaging and reporting purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of overall campaign experience, preferably focused within a specific campaign that emphasizes climate justice or environmental justice.

• Experience in digital campaigning.

• Excellent public speaking and writing abilities.

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• A natural inclination towards coalition-building and nurturing relationships with various partner organizations.

• A high level of cultural competence and experience working across different cultures is crucial.

• A demonstrated commitment to social and racial justice, along with a passion for the organization's mission.

• Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
