Campaigns Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse range of projects that support PETA's initiatives.

• Perform research, writing, and analysis to aid PETA's campaigns.

• Provide assistance to campaigners and other team members with project-related tasks.

• Help the campaigns manager and director with high-level administrative responsibilities.

• Engage with activists regarding PETA's campaigns and motivate them to take action for animals.

• Participate in demonstrations that advocate for PETA's campaigns.

• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• At least two years of high-level administrative support experience is necessary.

• Comprehensive knowledge of animal rights topics and PETA campaigns is essential.

• Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage confidential information with utmost discretion.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with an eagerness to learn new software.

• Proven capability to interact professionally and amicably with a diverse range of individuals.

• Ability to organize and oversee multiple projects effectively.

• Proven ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a healthy vegan lifestyle.

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid U.S. driver's license, with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a satisfactory driving record.

• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support Campaigners at demonstrations.
