Campaign Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Brand & Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to convert business goals into cohesive campaign strategies.

• Manage campaign intake, prioritization, and planning, which includes audience segmentation, nurturing strategies, and execution across Pardot and various marketing automation platforms.

• Guarantee seamless campaign execution, encompassing campaign design and setup, Pardot form creation, email journey orchestration, lead routing, quality assurance, and post-launch monitoring.

• Create and uphold standardized campaign frameworks, processes, and playbooks to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and campaign effectiveness.

• Supervise the campaign operations function and provide daily guidance and support to the Senior Campaign Operations Specialist.

• Prioritize campaign requests and distribute workloads to ensure timely execution.

• Function as a player-coach—offering strategic direction while remaining hands-on to support the function, encourage shared ownership, and lead by example.

• Establish and reinforce best practices, operational rigor, and accountability throughout campaign operations.

• Own the complete campaign operations processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and remove bottlenecks.

• Act as the subject matter expert on marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing programs, and email performance.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to ensure effective lead management, CRM alignment, and accurate reporting.

• Assess, recommend, and implement process improvements, tools, and technological enhancements to boost campaign performance and operational efficiency.

• Ensure the integrity of marketing data by managing the initial data flow into the Revenue Operations stack and partnering with Revenue Operations to oversee and maintain Pardot–SFDC mapping integration, field mapping, and data quality.

• Define campaign KPIs and success metrics aligned with marketing and sales objectives.

• Team up with Analytics and Revenue Operations teams to provide campaign performance reporting, attribution analysis, and actionable insights.

• Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data, stakeholder feedback, and shifting market dynamics.

• Exhibit strong data fluency, capable of analyzing complex datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and guiding strategic decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation.

• Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) certification is required, along with hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and related marketing technology tools.

• Demonstrated experience in leading campaign operations functions, including campaign intake, prioritization, workflow management, and execution in a high-volume setting.

• Strong comprehension of lead management processes, such as lead scoring, segmentation, routing, lifecycle management, and attribution.

• Experience in developing and executing structured A/B testing programs to promote continuous experimentation, optimization, and insight generation across campaigns.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with BI and analytics platforms, with the capability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and campaign optimizations.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Previous experience working with global teams and supporting multi-region marketing programs is preferred.

• This position is open to candidates located in the United States, United Kingdom, or Lithuania, with core collaboration among global marketing and regional teams.

• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to support global stakeholders and business priorities.

• Knowledge of Wrike, Feedotter, ZoomInfo, foreign exchange (FX), payments, or financial services is advantageous.
