This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Creation of landing pages. Design, test, and publish landing pages for various campaigns, events, and content offers, ensuring that forms, tracking, and CRM synchronization function correctly prior to launch.
• Execution of email campaigns. Develop, construct, test, and distribute email campaigns comprehensively, encompassing segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, deliverability checks, and scheduling.
• Management of newsletters. Take charge of the production and distribution of our regular newsletter to an audience exceeding 500,000 recipients, overseeing list health, segmentation, sending timing, and post-send reporting.
• Support for marketing operations & CRM. Oversee ongoing operational tasks across our marketing automation and CRM systems, including list management, lead routing assistance, form and workflow upkeep, and data hygiene.
• Coordination of webinars. Organize webinar logistics in collaboration with marketing and other departments, including registration setup, reminder and follow-up sequences, platform configuration, and post-event lead transfer.
• Reporting & analysis. Generate and maintain basic reports on email and nurture campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions, pipeline influence), highlighting insights and notifying the broader team of any anomalies.
• Process & documentation. Develop and sustain repeatable processes and documentation to ensure that campaigns launch consistently, allowing the team to scale execution without compromising quality.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing operations, campaign management, demand generation, or email marketing role, preferably within a B2B technology company.
• Practical experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, including the ability to build emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows.
• A keen eye for detail and a QA-oriented mindset — you identify broken links, mis-segmented sends, and tracking discrepancies before they go live.
• Comfort with audience segmentation, list hygiene, and email deliverability essentials, particularly at high sending volumes.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure multi-stakeholder programs (like webinars) remain on schedule.
• Basic reporting and analytics proficiency — adept at extracting campaign metrics and converting them into clear, actionable insights.
