Campaign Launch Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish and initiate Facebook advertising campaigns for new clients by adhering to a standardized checklist from beginning to end.

• Organize and launch email marketing campaigns for clients, which includes importing contact lists, setting up automations, and conducting tests prior to sending.

• Initiate SMS marketing campaigns for clients once all compliance criteria have been satisfied.

• Clean and prepare client contact lists before integrating them into our marketing platform.

• Verify all campaign elements before finalizing a launch to ensure proper functionality.

• Notify clients with a confirmation once their campaigns are active and update internal records accordingly.

• Interact directly with healthcare providers to gather all necessary information before their campaigns can commence.

• Ensure access to their Facebook business page and advertising account.

• Set up a payment method on their advertising account.

• Verify the phone number associated with their advertising account.

• Obtain a patient contact list for email and SMS campaigns.

• Conduct video calls with clients who require step-by-step assistance in completing pre-launch tasks; you will be on camera and should feel comfortable guiding non-technical clients through the procedure.

• Maintain consistent follow-up until all requirements are fulfilled and document all communications in our CRM.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead after two unsuccessful follow-up attempts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

• Proven experience in a client-facing or customer success position.

• Practical experience with GoHighLevel.

• Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.

• Familiarity with creating, testing, and troubleshooting marketing automations and workflows.

• Keen attention to detail - you catch errors prior to going live.

• Availability Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet environment for video calls.

• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.

• Experience managing email deliverability and contact lists.
