Campaign Execution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Directly address and efficiently manage all customer inquiries regarding promotions and bonuses.

• Resolve complaints and offer solutions related to bonuses.

• Monitor and assess customer activity.

• Provide precise information about the company's promotions.

• Manage daily promotions for both the Online Sportsbook and Casino.

• Execute marketing campaigns through Optimove, Mailup, and Locosms marketing tools.

• Collaborate with the Sportsbook and Casino Departments, offering feedback on promotions, banners, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position within the iGaming sector.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and campaigns is advantageous.

• A strong passion for sports and a solid understanding of online gaming products.

• Exceptional communication skills and a cooperative team spirit.

• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts on a 24/7 basis.
