Campaign Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• As the Campaign Director for the Netherlands, you will be responsible for your national list, spearheading online campaigns that connect with millions weekly and produce tangible outcomes.

• You will keep an eye on political, legislative, and cultural trends both in the Netherlands and globally, pinpointing strategic chances to make an impact.

• You will create compelling campaign emails, petitions, and calls to action that resonate strongly within the national landscape.

• When necessary, you will adapt and translate global campaign communications from English, ensuring they maintain clarity, impact, and cultural relevance.

• Beyond digital mobilization, you will assist in organizing offline efforts such as petition deliveries, press actions, and public demonstrations.

• You will forge alliances with organizations that share similar values and participate in legislative and electoral processes to promote and safeguard our collective principles.

• You will act as CitizenGO’s representative and strategic leader in the Netherlands.

• This position reports to the Manager of Global Campaigns and allows for a flexible schedule, as long as all duties are completed punctually and to a high standard.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in the Netherlands and are a native Dutch speaker.

• You are available to travel for offline (on-site campaigns) once a month.

• You possess at least a B2-level proficiency in English. (Non-natives need to provide a Duolingo English Test score of at least 100).

• Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is advantageous.

• You have a passion for and extensive experience with software tools, along with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

• You exhibit strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze socio-political scenarios, develop intricate ideas, and communicate them effectively.

• You have a solid grasp of how civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning operate.

• You are dedicated to defending life, family, and freedom.

• You demonstrate high levels of professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and a results-oriented approach, even under tight timelines.

• You possess strong teamwork abilities and are comfortable operating within a highly collaborative team environment with a hierarchical structure.

• You have robust project and staff management skills.

• You are capable of quickly adapting to changing conditions and requirements.

• You are willing and able to work independently on various tasks and projects, efficiently prioritizing them.

• You are proactive, take the initiative to complete tasks, and contribute valuable projects and proposals that enhance the organization as a whole.

• You have strong user-level computer skills; experience with Google Workspace is preferred, and familiarity with CRMs and project management tools is an asset.

• You have a flexible schedule and can work under tight deadlines, including availability for evening and weekend work and occasional travel as required.

• Prior experience in copywriting and producing marketing content is considered a plus.

• Proficiency in utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools for generating emails, communications, and other written materials is also regarded as an asset.
