This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Conduct outbound follow-up calls (15-minute intervals) to promote free training sessions.
β’ Ensure precise daily reporting: calls completed, meetings arranged, and differentiation between qualified and unqualified opportunities.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to facilitate seamless handoffs and escalations.
β’ Impeccable and fluent English β non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is essential).
β’ Strong commitment to working diligently with a high volume of outbound calls each day.
β’ Confident, optimistic, and customer-focused communication style.
β’ Ability to clearly articulate information to non-technical users.
β’ Highly organized and disciplined.
β’ All additional skills (such as product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taught.
