This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee a swift influx of incoming phone calls from Medcor customers in a call center setting.
β’ Record each call promptly and with precision.
β’ Monitor and evaluate individual as well as call center targets, productivity metrics, and statistics.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service to Medcor's clients and team members.
β’ Conduct thorough assessments of symptoms and/or concerns using Medcor's Triage Algorithms.
β’ Adhere to HIPAA Compliance Policies.
β’ Possession of a valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification.
β’ Capability to manage a high volume of consecutive calls.
β’ Strong technological proficiency and a typing speed of no less than 30 WPM.
β’ Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
β’ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and information effectively.
β’ Willingness to work every other weekend and participate in a major U.S. holiday rotation.
β’ Must have a private area at home to ensure patient privacy.
β’ Access to high-speed internet (no satellite) within the primary residence.
